My Amk Renovation 92sqm, Here It Goes!

Dear all,

jus started renovation on 3 May (Mon). Will be posting my renov pics and progress. Pls feel free to comment and advise.

It is a AMK 4NG, resale, 92 sqm, top floor unit. Bought it for too much $$.

Was in very bad shape, so I am overhauling it, keeping only the old marble flooring in the living room to save costs.

Doing:

-laminate flooring for 3br

-kitchen and 2 toilets

-hacking of wall between 2 br

-rewiring and plastering

Engaged Plus Interior for the renov.

like i said before, some 1 use my identity as zingwalker2 and bad mouth some ID

me (zingwalker) never bad mouth any 1. instead i went to summit design thread as well as their office to find out more their design

but after seeing all these thread, actually i start to worry wat ppl talk on the forum (be it positive or negative)

so many phantoms around with different agendas
