zhiz 4 Report post Posted May 4, 2010 Hi Can I check with you guys, for your pole systems (different brands), how is their follow up and servicing like? Is there a 1-3 yr warranty or servicing if you required? My poles that is attached from ceiling to floor seems to be less secured after i hang up all my clothes. I am guessing that its probably due to the weight of the clothes. However I was told by the company that I need to pay $200 for them to come over to have a look at it. seesee 0 Report post Posted May 5, 2010 (edited) Hi, After reading your post, I'm abit concern on Ceiling to Floor mount. Since u have experienced on pole system, is it better to get Wall to Floor mount type? is very obvious you should use wall to floor mounting type, BECAUSE it will give you more space on the top shelving without the obstruction ceiling mounts. zhiz 4 Report post Posted May 5, 2010 Anyway i finally got the company to teach me how to do it rather than them sending their staff by budget airline to come help me fix it....$200 per trip!

Noted, I will commit with wall to floor mount. I'm getting from my ID as his "looks" better grade to Ikea. My pole system roughly cost $1000 on Ikea but my ID is $1400 for 9ft. Besglas is one of them, good quality but more expensive. Edited May 5, 2010 by sunnytan31
