Makes appointments and then doesnt show up, takes the deposit and when u call him he doesnt pick up the phone. this has happened to a few people i know who had taken up eric from recommendations through this forum. becareful with such contractors. One door also same price.I brought their premium bifold door with super nice design panel, ($298). We have a very informative site and good service.
