I got it thru last yr balloting exercise. oct 09 but only collected keys this april.. hehehe.. same same.. mine is also from Oct balloting resale flat.. only 20th april got the key.. but am left with only my unit.. so cant choose already.. if i reject.. behind me got 2 more no. queuing.. so i just take the flat..
