Bro, think you can check with other ID/contractor to compare price also. i recently just completed my kitchen and master toilet and change new door maybe u wanna call him and compare price but i don't think he's the cheapers around but the workmanship are good and always keep work place clean. it's 5-room hdb flat. i should clarify that the work scope is primarily to reno the whole kitchen, and other misc (paint the whole flat, some bathroom work, add window grilles, replace front door grille). ignore the sub-total 5120 (id had a subtotal for every page and i forgot to delete the line before posting) -- sorry for the confusion.
