qezash 0 Report post Posted April 28, 2010 Just like to find out the usual process for installing floor laminates. Currently the floors are really dusty due to ongoing reno, do the laminates just get overlaid on the dusty floors? Or usually it is cleaned up before hand? Appreciate any help! I would make sure clean and dry the floor properly before installing the laminated flooring. Do make sure the floor is DRY or moisture will be trapped under the laminated and you will have a big problem (to your flooring and to your family health) ..... this is based on what I have read from the other forum. Do correct me if I am wrong.
