yep.. we have decide on the lighting points.. but still we didnt opt for the lights at the cabinet cuz we're really trying to cut down cost here..

haiz.. just rewiring back all over again cost about 2.8k.. haiz.. so we just choose very bright cool light for our kitchen..

ermm.. shd be 2-3 weeks time.. but we'll only move in after 25JUne.. Hubby being called for reservist during 21st -25th June..

hello hello hello! Looks like ur reno is smooth sailing. We met up with May on Sat, she is very detailed and everything is drawn to scale and she advises us on certain issues. Except that she a bit forget la, but i think i can understand. Will be meeting her again next sat, she will show us the 1st quote. Hopefully can settle on the selection of id by then.

We went to Megastore at kallang to check out the electrical appliances.

A lot of hard selling but prices quite competitive.

We bought furnitures already but we havent bought any electical items, cooker and hob.

we went to Kallang Mega store yesterday.. and was browsing thru the washing machine and built in oven.. looks like we have to put the built in oven on hold as my MIL insist on buying one for us.. since she's buying.. we didnt have to heart to ask for expensive one.. just a decent and practical one will do.. haiz..

we went to Kallang Mega store yesterday.. and was browsing thru the washing machine and built in oven.. looks like we have to put the built in oven on hold as my MIL insist on buying one for us.. since she's buying.. we didnt have to heart to ask for expensive one.. just a decent and practical one will do.. haiz..

We bought half leather sofa w recliner (3+2), polished marble top dining table w 4 Lorenzo styled chair, tv consol and coffee table from Furniture HQ @ AMK. Package at $5K after we bargain.

We feel its a deal as we had been to almost all the showroom at Sungei Kadut and also checked out Lorenzo.

Hubby insists on getting recliners.....(haizzz)

Prices are kinda similar at all places....but the sofa at HQ@AMK was the one that got us cos its the most comfy so far. The quality seems pretty ok too.

Can check out Lorenzo (Near Eunos), Univonna and Kaki Bukit's Enterprise 1.

We were walking ard at imm, went in to a shop, i think is st louis. Sofa quite nice. The lady serving us said that can give us a package price if we buy more things. Like sofa + coffee table + bed frame. But i forgot hw much the sofa cost already. sorry.
