Hows is ur reno so far? Still satisfied with the id? We are kind of stuck now. The last id's quote was way too far our budget. So now is to open eyes big big and source for id/contractor again.

I looked at urs and seems t fit what we are doing and the price also fit out budget. Are they still having the promo?

so far.. yes.. am very satisfied with the ID.. she's very on the ball and keep on updating us of the process..

Hacking was officially done on Wednesday for the flooring and its all done.. the wall which was still pending for HDB approval was finally given the green light yesterday and just a while ago I made a surprise visit.. and tadaaa... all done too... very fast and efficient..

This Tuesday.. there will be a site meeting with the electrician.. We had chosen the tiles today to be delivered on Monday afternoon, and on Wednesday.. the tiling will starts..

She'll provide us with the work schedule for us to follow up on the work progress..

And she wont hesitate to give us some freebiesssss... for eg.. we're allow to choose additional 1 color for the paint beside the 5 color given.. and we can even use of the color from ICI if we cant find the right color from Nippon..

And if there was add-on from our side.. she'll qoute us asap..

YOu can try to look for May and liase with her on the promotion.. if you wanna buy stuffs from Mayer, we can ask her to buy for us at a dealer's pricing..

I really love her working attitude.. all smily and cheerful..

drop by to our unit earlier.. and found out that the contractors are done with the hacking..
