The extra amt chargeable are based on the adds on like feature wall.. tv console.. building of store room etc..

hehehehe.. sorry for the noise.. really sorry.. cant help it.. pls bear with us ok.. most prob the hacking will take 3 days... the contractor said the previous cement is too hard.. it was the white cement type.. sooo sorry.. yep.. we're indeed neighbours.. hehehe.. just oppo each other!!

Hows is ur reno so far? Still satisfied with the id? We are kind of stuck now. The last id's quote was way too far our budget. So now is to open eyes big big and source for id/contractor again.

I looked at urs and seems t fit what we are doing and the price also fit out budget. Are they still having the promo?
