Can anyone advise on whether is it expensive to lay toilet's flooring and wall tiles for $850 excluding material. For a area of about 2.5 sqm. This excludes hacking also. Thanks.

Maybe its just a small reno works....we can't compare items by items this way, its totally different pricing when doing major reno works.

Actually it is in a package, what if this includes waterproofing. Is it still expensive?

It's still expensive. I was quoted by contractor on waterproofing for an area of 150sqf and it costs only $250. If u want u can pm me for contact.
