new_home_maker 0 Report post Posted April 24, 2010 Dear all, I am going to renovate my resale HDB home. I am considering the different options for the flooring : marble, high grade homogenous tiles and laminated floor Does HDB valuate resales HDB flat based on the different options used should I need to sell few years later ? Does HDB gives higher valuation for marble floor as compared to homogenous tiles or laminated flooring. Is it correct ? As nowadays, high grade homogenous tiles can be as expensive as marble flooring. If the above is true, I would rather "invest" on marble flooring in case I need to sell my HDB next time. Thanks in advance for your comment
