Hey bro, welcome back! You sounded exactly like the mole in my garden but I really have to honor your persistence and determination in search for that mouth piece.

We love the photo decals too. And we have since added a lot of photos and paintings by the kids, mainly in the kids rooms to maintain the clutter free look for the rest of the house.

It has been 6 months since we moved in and we are enjoying every moment of living in a bigger place albeit too much though.....

Soccer balls have been flying into the neighbours' (left, right and back) gardens, trees and laundry ever so often. Noisy parties with wild animals howling into the nights. No-holds-barred Nerf War with No Rings, No Ref, No Rules. And an almost compulsive impromptu jamming or rather BOOM BOOM BOOM session whenever someone goes near the drum set (the drum sticks are going the way of your legendary instrument real SOON).

Hmm...i wonder why my neighbour is selling/sold her house...

I got them from Cotton On Kids, a Kids clothing store on the first level of United Square at Novena. 3 big letters cost $10. They also have smaller ones that cost $1 each.

Hi! Can I ask how much it costs to upgrade from phase 1 to phase 3 power supply? My contractor kept discouraging us and hope I won't regret it

Yes we will be installing CAT6 cables. Since we are upgrading our power supply from phase 1 to phase 3 and relocating the meter box to the main gate, we have made provision for all the wirings like LAN and fibre optics. Every room comes with a telephone point and LAN point, even the kitchen. We are quite heavy user of the internet. Sometimes, all 3 laptops and the desktop are occupied. My eldest uses it to do his project, No 2 and 3 use to check soccer results and play games and the toddler likes to watch YouTube music videos (he is a big fan of Lady Gaga's Bad romance) <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/bowdown.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="bowdown.gif" />

However we have missed the initial roll out of OpenNet offering free installation. So now have to pay. But the biggest bug bear is the wait. They told us to wait 5 months.... Quite a long time to wait for an "efficient" country...if you ask me.

I am doing my A&A now and I am upgrading my power from Phase 1 to Phase 3 and it costs me $5k just for the application.

Wow that's ex! I was told that pub will still need to come in and do testing etc? I ended up fitting my whole home with LED lights to try to save energy in case of power trips if air cons, lights, ovens etc are all turned on if I have a party! Hope it'll work out...

I am definitely green with envy!! Omg.. that's an excellent piece of work and great taste. Are you using Blum for your kitchen drawers? I like the pull out rack... is that also from Blum or where is it from?

The Great Sofa Hunt

Still looking for THE sofa. My house is like a zoo so the sofa has to be :

1. Sturdy enough to withstand stomping from the elephants and climbing from the monkeys

2. Big and comfy enough for the Sloth

3. Stain resistant for the pigs

4. and most importantly, pretty enough for me.

I have shortlisted some...

The search goes on but the problem is time. Some take 2 to 3 months to deliver and we were hoping to move in end Aug. That reminds me, still yet to place order for kitchen appliances. Hmm.. where shall I go? HN or Mega? Losing steam now after the Great Sanitary Ware Hunt.
