I am offically envious of ur boys! Their wordrobe is so roomy! :P

Is that a sperm handle i am seeing at the door?

Can I bring my sis violin and my non existent musical skills get the cat symphony going or dog choir starting.

Can't wait to see your house fully dressed up with furnishing and curtains.

It's actually quite roomy for boys cos they only have t-shirts and jeans and soccer jerseys. Erh...What's a sperm handle? Luckily is for my boys' room, cant imagine installing in a girl's room.

Alright man, we are now progressing from a band to an orchestra cum symphony cum choir. All are welcome, no musical skills or talent required. In such a big orchestra, nobody can tell who played or sang out of tune lah... hee hee

Are you kidding? No way you gonna be one of the monkeys, that's a total waste of talent! With your super power, you'll have to be the zoo keeper. I need (wo)manpower to tame the animals. ;)

There will definitely be a Zoological Garden Open House cum Family Day to showcase the house and the Z Z O's (Zany Zoo Orchestra) debut performance. I'll leave it to you, the well traveled manager to arrange.

Btw love your John Erdos furniture. Am thinking of getting bar stool and arm chair from there.

No problems..... We'll definitely flock to the Zoo!

Let you in on a secret, the furniture were inspired by JE pieces, but custom made elsewhere!!! I can give you the contacts if you want.

Powder Room

The powder room is located under the stairs on the first floor. Strictly speaking its a bathroom cos there is also a shower area for my helper and times when the other bathrooms are occupied. But my ID calls it the Powder Room and it sounded glamorous so am going to stick with that.

Initially, there is only one small window and smaller in size without the long passage that we've created.

This is the transformation

Door of Powder Room. To the right is the staircase and to the left of the powder room is the open concept kitchen.

Ta Da! A longer passageway with 3 frosted glass windows. Sorry for the covered toilet bowl, pl refer to previous post for close up picture. The shower area is to the right of the toilet bowl.

Close up of vanity counter and shower area. Still dusty but was too eager to take photos. Will update again once all done up and beautified.

Wow gg, one of the best blogs I have read! Like your humour and you are really cute. :P Couldn't help but retrieve my password to leave a comment. Enjoyed 'watching' your house in progress.

I wanted to ask something. You mentioned earlier that you decided to extend the 2nd floor rather than add another attic. What's the difference in the cost? I have just bought an investment property and am thinking of redoing the house. Been wondering if it is worth the while to just extend or build another floor.

Thanks!
