Mbr Bathroom Expansion

Hi guys i just bought a resale door to door 4ng in bedok and i find the toilet in the MBR very small and cramp.

I was just thinking if it is possible to hack the bathroom walls down and expand it inwards to the MBR.

Alternatively i was thinking of shifting the basin out of the toilet and placed it in the MBR and make a vanity top (like hotel).

Anyway i thought of this is because my MBR is basically a walk-in wardrobe as the wall between the MBR and the adjacent bedroom has been hacked.

Is my suggestion approved by HDB??

I just want a more spacious and nice MBR shower/toilet.

You need to have your contractor or ID plan it out and submit it to HDB for approval, if it is approved you can probably ask the respective party to do the work.

I just want a more spacious and nice MBR shower/toilet.

I'm shifting my basin out and making a vanity top in MBR. Then I will build a partition wall to prevent my vanity top from being seen.

Now I have more space for shower. Rather than average 750 mm, we cater 1000 mm between wall and shower screen.

I never ask for approval for HDB because the ID told me she's done it quite a few times.

My concern is whether it will wet the floor in MBR often.
