Fire rated door is kinda expensive which highly subject to size and the hrs of fire rated.

Try searching for fire doors. Suppliers may not give u their best price so u could try some IDs and Contractors. I think I was quoted $920 for supply and install of single leaf door.

That's quite reasonable. My friend just renovated his house. Think the contractor quoted him around there too. He did try to find supplier but end up ID contractor have a better offer.
