jtcp82, my renovations have started already actually, just that i'm kinda slow in posting pics up or always forgetting to bring the cam along

Where is your place? I think if you're getting a contractor and not an ID, they are unlikely to have any pics for you though. Mine didn't, usually it's just hand drawn on the walls to explain something to me

Not an issue . Most important is you get yr reno done up swee swee and smoothly ....

It is at Pasir ris. Yah didnt engage a ID but the contractor got one carpenter that can draw one, but he is quite slow. Somehow I sort of show them my concept through magazine pictures, don noe whether they understood what I meant or not. Sigh... So hows your renovation getting along? Hope you could give me some pointers on what to look out for since we have the same layout.

Yep true, so far so good, only minor issues noted. Hope everything else goes well..
