Janson Tan aka Ah Tan, who is a pig of a liar and a swindler to cheat again. I have already lodged a police report. This Janson who drives a car with plate number SGQ7782H is pretending to be a carpenter/contractor, but he is not. I want to let other people know that he's up to no good and hopefully stop him from cheating you and a chance to cheat other people again. To him we are just another source of easy money. I hope he sleeps well every night after cheating other people who did nothing but to work hard for their keeps.

After taking our down payment, he just vanish and cannot be contacted anymore. I even went to the place where he's purposely bogus company is located. Guess what, there's nothing there but void deck. Remember some of us work extra hard for the money we earned but there are people like this JANSON TAN aka AH TAN, who's nothing but scum of the earth.

Please be wary and cautious of this SWINDLER-CHEATER Janson Tan

I can share my carpenter's contact if you still need. Kang Wei - 98275276. Honest and responsible guy. His pricing very reasonable. Did some small customizing bed and cupboards for me. Quality is not perfect but I can say it is above average as my expectations are quite high.

Is Janson Tan cheating ? Can I say my ID, AS Balestier is cheating too ? I paid AS Balestier $2000 as an agreement to engage AS Balestier as my ID last year 2013 but I have not receive the quotation and layout I want till now. They refused to return me the $2000 and they did not answer my call and SMS. Can I report Police ?

PM u already, he is also specialised in renovations. He did whole house for my colleague including flooring, u can check with him & compare the prices.

I hv spoken to a few ID & also contractors, but did not ask them for quote cos do not want to waste their time & also some were inexperience. When asked them about reno of my flat, their answer were 'Not too sure', 'Don't think so', one of the ID even told me to hack away my broken mable floor & change to tiles. And another one was saying '$40 to $50k reno is too much, $30k enough already' but this is not true cos there are alot to be done for my flat.

Going down to his showroom this weekend.

I had a very reliable, experienced carpenter do some woodwork for me at my new place. My budget very tight, only about $4000 to do top kitchen cabinets, bedframe for MBR, shelvings for bedroom 2 and 3 and top study cabinets. Very happy with the service and workmanship. He even helped shore up the existing bottom kitchen cabinets bec when they were installing the new top cabinets for me the entire bottom section collapsed! Can you imagine! Apparently the previous owner's carpenter did a bad job and did not secure the bottom section properly. So there was a mini crisis and he and his men helped to tahan the bottom section and made sure they propped it up properly. Good thing they were so responsible bec the whole bottom section when it collapsed, almost ripped out the gas and water piping!
