Toilets Floor And Walls Overlay

Hi all

does anybody knows rougly how much would it cost to do an overlay to the walls and floor of both toilets in a 5rm HDB?

As I already have a contractor who's gonna be doing hacking and relaying the floors in my hall, bedrooms and kitchen, I'm wondering would it cost alot more for the workmanship to overlay the toilets? Also hw much would would the titles cost?

The only difference between overlay and hacking is that you save on hacking and water-proofing cost. Other are still the same, e.g. tiling cost.

Save on haulage costs as well.

Can overlay wall tiles ?

If can, it makes the toilet smaller, correct?

maybe also 1 less item on your HDB reno permit?
