Cos i got heard about this from some of my friends but they can't remember the company names. If anyone of you here know about this, do post in to me. Thanks. gackthoe 0 Report post Posted May 20, 2010 Hi snd16, think you shouldn't be too concerned over these in-house loans cos' afterall, you can get the reno loan from any banks you prefer after you got the quotation from the ID. Does not make any difference whether it's from the bank or in-house... My ID provides in-house reno loan from one of the bank, which I separately have done my research and lucky it's the same rate.
