HI, the Eco Silence Drive from Bosch is not direct drive as LG or Samsung. The Eco silence drive is a brushless motor which will give more silence when washing and spinning. and of course more durable.

Adding the anti vibration panel at the side of the washer will lesser the vibration and quiet.

Only apply on German washer WAS24444ME, WAS28444ME, WAS32794

Bought a Bosch WM and when it was delivered, there was brown stains on the rubber rim! Am really upset cuz the stain has penetrated the rubber and cannot be removed, even with Jif. The delivery guy insisted that the stains were normal cuz Bosch apparently test each WM b4 it is shipped and that the stains were the result of them not cleaning the Wm properly before shipping out.. Anyone can help advise if this is true or how plausible this is?

Bosch technician came to check and said that at most they will try to see if they can change the rubber rim for me. Shd I accept this or insist on a new WM?

M worried that this is a re-conditioned unit... :'(

What kind of excuse is that? I will reject the WM and get a replacement. I hope this is a one off incident else most likely it will make me rethink of getting bosch WM and dryer else I will just settle for LG.

i just took delivery of my bosch WAS24444ME washer yesterday. did a full cotton wash cycle @ 60 degrees c t(w/o laundry) to clear away the remnant smell and / or fine debris. its really quiet, comparable to the LG direct drive. will prob do another round tomorrow with detergent. i think the 7 kg dryer WTV 74100ME is a good match. as least from an aesthetic point of view, the selector knob matches.

I was told by the HN saleman that the front load WM is using 1.5" and top load is 1" water inlet size (the red line indicated in the photo) but my ID said she has not heard about it as she thought it's standard size.

Can anyone advice?

Top load don't use screw inlet only front load use screw.

All Bosch condenser dryer are sensor.

Condenser dryer don't have vent hose that mean you don't need to put the ugly hose at the back moreover now Bosch is having promotion which come with a free iron is sure a deal to get.

Any bosch washer 28444/28448 user can give comment about this washer whether is positive or negative, becoz i plan to get one.

Read some online reviews that bosch logixx8 washer can't spin well on heavy load wash or unbalance load wash (ex, one or two heavy cloth).
