Any Reno To Recommend

I unable to contact 1 ID @ Summit Design studio, call/sms him no reply, as I want to ask he if he want to do reno. I am very sincerely. I can't do reno last year due to personal commitment. His quote suit me.

I found 1 reno quote and don't mind let him do reno but he charged hdb permit, it is not FOC. Is it must check from them whether they are HDB registered contractor? what if they are not HDB registered contractor, will we kena fine?

can anyone recommend me reno ID/contractor?

HDB permit is FOC according to HDB website.

I can recommend a direct contractor to do electrical work, false ceiling and partition wall. As they are not ID, they only do according to what you want (eg L-box, cove lights, how many power points, where to place the points, etc) and will not propose any design. Charges are 30% cheaper than ID. Let pm me if you are interested.

i compared 2 prices from summit design studio and 1 non hdb registered reno, same items both price quite competitive. i not sure it is okay to engage non hdb registered company.

i managed to contact summit design studio, awaiting for his revise quote. may be can recommend me electrical work
