Yeah, the doors are brand new...the house owner even asked me if I'm going to change a new one, remember to give them the new door...lol.... For this kind of house, I'm paying super low COV. less than SGD10k. That's why the condition is so bad. Anyway, looking forward for my renovation!!!!!!!!! samgalz 2 Report post Posted June 17, 2010 ATTENTION REUBEN DIDI!!!! reuben didi, ur reno start date is same day as ur second appt? then u got to get ur seller to agree to apply permit under their name or else cannot leh, u apply permit online same day approve but need 3 days for ur contractor to inform neighbours. hacking works can only start on either 22 or 23 July leh.... unless seller apply for u beforehand then can start on 19 July. better check it out with your contractor. reuben82 0 Report post Posted June 20, 2010 (edited) Lastly, the tiles that yet to be decided...... These tiles are for living and dining. ID mentioned white will make your house looks more spacier. Refer below for some sample mock-up on this tiles. Didn't manage to get the photo on white color one. The top 2 are the wall tiles for MBR toilet plus some mosaic which we didn't get the sample. Bottom is the floor tiles for MBR toilet. Don't really like it as I prefer darker color for floor. Anyway, refer below for the sample mock-up.
