Try FBT at Furniture Mall, happened to pass by and saw some nice ones....around $599 for a decent piece large enough for a sofa area.

ikea has some nice and cheap rugs. I bought one for less than $100 but haven't use yet, so can't comment on the quality.

Muji at Ion has some nice looking rugs. But they are around $299 or so for a large rug
