Writing Marks On Walls Not Able To Remove

hi..

during renovation, my contractor use some kind of markers or watever, to draw locations of the sockets and other details on my wall..

however, no matter how many layers we paint over the marks, it could not be removed. anyone has any idea how to solve this problem ?

Have u try using a base coat before applying the final coat of paint? btw, should ask your contractor to solve it lor.

try thinner if it is marker pen's ink
