yes we can do a lot things with that size but it'll also means the damage cost will be more too lolz..

We met up with Meng from Metalliqx Design Studio yesterday. Hope to see the proposed lay out plan by next week. weee!!!

I cannot explain, but I'm extremely excited abt it hehe..
