podderC 0 Report post Posted April 7, 2010 I had a very very very bad experience with a renowned tour & coach agency. The agency name starts with Five. We booked coach tickets to msia for travel in the evening of 1 Apr and the careless agent booked morning coach instead! My dad couldnt read english so he trusted and believed the agent cos she said EVENING coach. As a result we missed the coach jus bcos of the agent's careless mistake. The branch mgr was not apologetic, made no compensation to us so we thought that by emailing the head office they would be able to help but the head office just asked the branch mgr and staff to call us back instead of handling the case! The branch staff said she made so many reservations in a day how can she remember whether my dad said morning or evening coach! And she insisted it's not her fault at all! We cant turn to any party of Five S**** because even the head office is washing their hands off this case! So pls beware and think twice before u patronise this agency.
