Relocate Common Toilet Door Possible?

Hi guys,

Got a question, hope im in the right section.

Isit possible to relocate the toilet door for a 4rm flat from the living room corridoor to the service balcony?

Iv attached the floor plan, taken from hdb website.

Why would you want to do that? Ventilation and natural lighting will be affected. Plus the inconvenience of walking one big round. All your pipings will have to be re-routed.

Looking at the floor plan, I think it's possible. But it may be a tight squeeze, as the door will be next to the service balcony door. It depends whether there's enough width for a door. If I'm not wrong, that spot will be the place for your washing machine too, as the water pipe could be there? You may have to think of a new spot for your washing machine, and re-route your pipings.

i was thinking its easier to do the handwash clothes and bring them to dry if the entrance can be at the service balcony.

Oh, you can consider to have a wash basin stand. That's what I'm planning for my service balcony.

This is a laundry tub. Eureka 35L compact tub and cabinet. The lines are clean and sleek. Doubt I will find this in Singapore.

Some forumers here customised their wash basin. Can be a sink with cabinet at the bottom.
