They are always like that, must wait for them but they won't wait for u....if 5min they didn't see u, they will go off and ask u to make another appt. Even need to go bathroom also didn't dare, scare they come and didn't see anyone, then go off. Then like wasted an hour for them for nothing and have to wait again for another appt. Btw, need to inform that u need to send all the basins, kitchen sink, taps, bathroom assy...etc already. Need to install your piping after the gas pipe installation. Colour selected already? But I am 100% sure that the appt given to me was Wednesday, 02.06.2010, 2pm to 4pm.. But think they pushed back the appt themselves and pretend it was on Friday.. I wasn't aware tat they will sms me the day before.. I will make sure i receive the sms tomolo, then inform u, then fri then u wait for them.. if not u wait in vain again..
