wanna move in quickly also, provided our feng shui master can give us a date before hungry ghost festival.. thinking to put our dog as guard dog in the living room during the day so that she can bark if there are any strangers trying to be "funny" due to the stupid prev owners not changing address.. :P

ya, rite.. trying to make "frenz" with the "doggie".. ;) But with the wooden door closed, maybe bz "talking" to the"doggie" thru the door and ppl mistaken for barking.. :P

Ya no updates today....just reaches home...all tiling done...left for owners to inspect. Vinyl flooring had arrived. Sat will be clearing all debris at your place.

Next week onwards....your hse will be a war zone... :P with 2 or more gp of sub-cons coming. Hope by that time my car will be up again. :D

These are the common bath tiles. They are not from China and the cutting is slanted. From the pics above, u can see from the top that the side are at an angle. So when tiles together, the front will have a certain gaps. That's the reason why the common bath tiles grouting is bigger than Master bath. Its not that obvious, just 2~3mm grouting only. That the best the tiler can do.

The kitchen floor tiles are like copper, rusty, ragged look. The owner is looking at lesser maintenance needed and also this one is love at first sight. :P

This the vinyl flooring tiles from Formica that the owner chosen for the 3 bedrooms. Delivered yesterday.

And the living room tile that had completed. Now will arrange a date with owner to inspect.

Anyone want to view the workmanship of the tiling jobs, pls pay $10 to the owner per visit :P

Hope to achieve next week.....installation of the WCs, coating of water repellent on kitchen walls, sealant on kitchen walls, laying of electrical wiring, installation of gas piping for dryer and gas heater.

Once WC installed, will take measurement so that the owner can buy the correct basins.
