The bugger son has yet another letter yesterday from O**C and I called up to speak wif a staff who told me they can't get the bugger. FINE. The supervisor called me back today and make it sound as if it was MY fault for opening the bugger's letters! WTH?!@ She say that it is a 3rd party letter and I shun open the letters and apparently they had been able to get the bugger on the phone but he refused to update his address. SO?! Wat am I supposed to do? Juz silently receive the letters and leave them unopen till I get a notice of demand pasted on my door izzit?! Anyway, best part is, she told me tat the bugger son works in SPF! Is she trying to "scare" me and tell me tat the bugger can take some "revenge" actions against us? Well, now tat I know and confirmed that the bugger son is working in SPF, it may be for the best! Why lehz? Coz if either of us (me and hubby) kenna any probs from SPF, or if we receive any more letters from any finance institutions, we CAN ask SPF to check if the bugger is involved or go straight and complain to the biggest shot in SPF. The son deserves to be in public.. Hey.. think of it this way, even better if he is in SPF... can use the Government e-Directory to find him, his superior etc.. I had wanted to throw away all those irritating letters sometime back but was too lazy to do anything abt it.. Come to think abt it, I think I better keep the letters as "protection" in case I need evidence of how long this bugger nv changed his address wif the pte sector after shifting out.. jeffcraze 0 Report post Posted November 13, 2010 Hey jeffcraze, sorry to hear about the latest case.. Think it's a case of miscomm on their part so not so bad right? Our reuel samson gellido has come back to haunt us recently too.. Another moneylender sent us a demand letter but we emailed back to say that he has changed his address and attached all the police reports and surprisingly we never heard from them again.. Hope this is the last of it. Don't you just hate people with bad credit histories who don't change their addresses???!!!!! Sidetrack: When is the next round of house-warming?? Yah, mis-comm not so bad.. The worst was the O**C one, which I wrote abt after u posted.. Hope u will not be haunted by the reuel guy man... I totally understand how it feels and how bad it is.. Yup, totally hate it when those buggers wif bad credit histories refuse to change their address! Worst when one see so many financial institutions chasing for $$ from the same bugger and one can start wondering if all those "credit bureaus" are for real... U guys haven't updated us on yr house shifting! Completed yet? No pics from u guys yet lehz... Shall we organise a round of house-warming soon? I'm definitely interested! Any comments on your vinyl flooring? Thanks Hi powder blue, The brand of vinyl flooring tat we are using is Formica. Not too sure abt the costs as it was quoted along with the labour to install the flooring by our contractor (@ jaskel: Maybe u can advise powder blue?) Me and my hubby love the vinyl flooring, as it is rather convenient to clean but best not to use a too wet mop lah.. No problems wif the flooring, even when my doggie accidentally did her biz on the vinyl flooring. It is not sticky when walking on it, feels more like wood, i guess.. I think my dog loved the flooring too, coz sometimes she rather sleep on the floor then in her own bed. It is scratch-proof too, but not advisable to drag furniture all over the flooring thou. Juz shoot an e-mail to the town council on Sun nite and Mon early morn, this lady called me for my address so as to refer me to the person in charge of my area.. They are very efficient in responding to me and making arrangements to come up to my flat on Sat to check on the water leakage problem within the morning. Let's hope tat they will be as efficient in resolving the leakage problem, which only occurs when there's a **** heavy downpour.. Feel good when Walking on it.. Better feel than laminate flooring. Click system, probably can remove and bring it along to next house?Scratch proof (almost)Rubbery feel but I like it. Smell? I dunno. Think my dogs smell more?Feel hot? I like hot, that's why I don't want the cold homogenous tiles .. So I can't answer much haha! I paid $5.80 psf.. Evorich HERF .. Look for Adrian if u keen .. Price was $6++ and thinner material than evorich .. Hence I choose evorich Didn't compare other brands as evorich claim to be vvvv good and cheaper ..
