Doing false ceiling in the bath will cost much more than doing it in the bedrooms or living. The material for the bathroom is totally different and also there must have a manhole at the false ceiling. U can consider about it. ah i see.. thought it's exactly the same and would be relatively affordable. We have a pretty clear idea about how the house layout should be like... so it's mostly the little nitty gritty stuff that we need your help to plug the gaps liao! Next week will up your air-con, still waiting for the time slot. Measurement of carpentry work and also installation of your vinyl flooring on monday. Tomorrow will complete your floor tiling work, and also continue of your plumbling works. Today the window grille came to install but they do took the wrong design so ask them bring back. Your master bath sliding glass door had installed. So your see, after monday, is all waiting for the carpentry work to be up. But during the waiting time, painter will come in to paint your whole hse. And the last part will be the installation of the carpentry work....then I HO to u. I'll not be taking anymore projects till after that. Regardless u r rich or poor, doing more or less, to me all are equal, its 1st come, 1st serve. To ID/contractor, dont bother to pose as hse owner to ask me for a quote just to keep me busy. Cos if I do found out.....heeheehee. To my friends, pls do not set up a club for me. I prefer to keep as low profile as possible. Thks. I'm still prefer to advise in this forum rather than advertise or sell my service. I want to use more time to concentrate on doing my current and future confirmed projects than neglected them. I have my own principal of view towards business, if you are good, words of mouth will help you spread ard, if you are bad so will ppl spread for u. I been here for so long, and so is being in the trade. There reasons for me able to survive without doing forumers job. If we are not there to coordinate, it will be install blindly. So our present is very important. And that is what we are for. Don't install wrong things to owner than ask them to accept it. jeffcraze 0 Report post Posted June 12, 2010 Went up for a little inspection today by ourselves and saw that window grilles for corridor room and living room is up already. The tiles tat we had made a little complain abt were re-done up nicely already, along with skirtings tat jaskel got the tiler to re-do.. Plumbing done and part of the bathroom accessories were up. Juz a little hiccup, as we also didn't seperate the common and MBR toilet accessories properly.. Wrong showerhead in common toilet but tat can easily be resolved.. Juz change over nia.. But, jaskel, yr plumber really blur lehz (abt the matter hubby called to complain in the afternoon).. Waiting for the rest of the window grilles to be up.. Oh, like to mention that we both like the MBR toilet sliding door! -> Jaskel, hubby will call u and let u know somethings that he wans to be rectified.. Looking forward to next week, when the painting is in progress and can see the effect of the colour scheme choosen.. With the end nearing soon, jaskel, can I ask my FSM for a date to move in?
