New 10 downlight installed, old 16 downlight for sale....anyone?

Had patched up the false ceiling in the living room also.

There is a pull string pipe where the feature wall is. Prepare for the opennet as by the time they come to install, reno already completed long ago, so as not to see their ugly trunking running everywhere, we had planned the route for them first.

The lighting. Although some of the lighting didn't work well, will get it change for the defective part.

Actually, I had completed the urgent job....but as the owner unable to coordinate the rest of the works, I will continue helping them to coordinate their sub-cons till the hse is ready. This week will be a busy week for me again.

i had an old classmate who had the exact same design for the ceiling - he painted it yellow..kinda interesting look, like a tub of butter

This was done by the prev owner, which we left it as it is to save costs.. We are not painting yellow thou.. hee..

Can't at all, cos quotation already signed b4 starting of work. Now work completed still haven collect the 50% balance yet.

just a question are you guys gonna put a false ceiling for the bathrooms? was thinking whether I should put in mine.. because the bathroom ceilings always looks abit bumpy and has holes in them..

Start with your floor plan and your ideas on what u intend to do. Doing false ceiling in the bath will cost much more than doing it in the bedrooms or living. The material for the bathroom is totally different and also there must have a manhole at the false ceiling. U can consider about it.
