Normal HDB flat wall Beside Nippon, ICI, Jotun, etc, there are also quite a lot of others brand of paint in Singapore, just that they are not that famous only. leechaorui 2 Report post Posted April 6, 2010 is it good? I use Berger paint before. Can't tell the difference between ICI, Nippon and Berger. All seem the same to me. Lasted for 5 years before my family decided to re-paint the house again. Children drew on the wall, scratch it, etc... it last as well as ICI and Nippon from my experience. Cheers.
