Hi Guys,

My journey from the West of Singapore to the North East had begun, signed the OTP on 20th of March and the 1st Appt will be in June.

Really looking forward to moving to the new flat but at the same time abit reluctant to lose the convenience of Jurong Point.... "sigh". Nevertheless, the journey begans now and am sourcing quotes for some minor renovation required for my new place, both the bathrooms and kitchen.

Thats one of the reason why we chose this unit over the others we had viewed, we only need to reno the toilets and kitchen and i manage to squeeze everything under 10k.

that i m currently planning to do also. i am trying to keep reno under 10K. i only need to do up the toilet, living flooring, TV console and some carpentry.

you know what, i am staying at the west too. from teban gardens to punggol
