Paint Over Laminate - Diamondheart Acrylic Enamel

Hi

Trying to paint over my outdated laminate but otherwise, very good condition, furniture.

Did some homework and found the above paint - Diamondheart Acrylic Enamel - can paint directly over clean laminate surface.

Does anyone know where I can buy this in Singapore?

The US manufacturer does not do international shipping.

If really does not sell, does anyone know where I can buy:

Primer - XIM400, Sherwin-Willams Preprite or Zinssers Bin.

Does anyone know any other way to paint over laminate furniture.
