Reira 0 Report post Posted March 31, 2010 (edited) After months of waiting, lurking around renotalk, pming friendly forumers & asking them questions. Finally it is time for me to contribute. =) Got our keys on 26 March 2010. Finally able to take photos of our flat's current condition as the previous owner rented the whole unit out to about 6 people. Looks ok now that it is emptied but a lots of wear and tear. Currently still waiting for final quotation. Edited April 1, 2010 by Reira

Reira 0 Report post Posted April 1, 2010 (edited) We are only changing tiles for toilets & kitchen. Actually we have no idea about living & bedroom but our contractor says that those can keep as the condition is still good (very dirty only).
