Contractors Or Id (when I Have The Design In Mind Already)

Recommended Posts

Hi all... I am currently thinking between getting a ID or contractors for my new flat I bought recently. Its a brand new 5 rm flat @ Pinnacle. Can any1 recommend to me

whether to use a contractor or Id, when I have all the design pictures I cut out from Interior Design magazines. When I engage in the ID for quotes, I will show them all

the pictures from dinning/rooms/ kitchen all the areas to my idea design.

In a way, I was thinking, I don't need them to re-design for me. One concern I have is does the contractors use good quality stuffs like the ID firms?

Anyone to recommend me good contractors?

Thanks a million.

If you already have an idea of what you want that is great, but in regards to your floor plan, there may be alterations and differences in deign that may be required. Having an ID would be nice just to ensure all design and decor aspects are inline. Also at the same time, the designer can ensure that the contractor you have chosen for your work uses all the materials and accessories as specified by the designer.

Hi, can anyone tell me what is the difference btw id/contractor. price, design or workmanship?

what is the difference?i may share with u, if u want to do a normal simple renovation, think tat u look for the contractors, if u really wanna design that is fresh nice and seldom people have it, u can find a id, means a "real id"....that is the big differences.for workmanships, think you have to really view their customers workmanship at least a few house that u may decided wat is good and bad
