sixela13 0 Report post Posted May 25, 2010 Lightings to share.. Dinning area hanging light (Electrician did not do a good job, length is not balance, found 3 of the cubes got chipped off. Was not inform, yet electrician still installed. Don't think able to ask for refund. Will be meeting up with the electrician boss on how to move forward.) Downlight at the living area. (Electrician did not do a good job. Some of the holes were not cut accurately, downlights not able to mount flat to the L-box. Light can escape from the opening. Wonder how to go forward in resolving this) Any advise...

sixela13 0 Report post Posted June 1, 2010 After uploading so many nice pictures, time to upload some "not so good" picture. After my window grilles are up, was told that the service balcony outer frame was slightly damaged as seen on the picture. Based on hypothesis, could be during the installation or transfer of compressor for installation outside service balcony. Called up the air con team, blah blah blah, very difficult to pin point whose fault. I wish to rectify it since i already paid for it. So happy to have such wonderful window contractor as they agreed to replace it for me FOC. Million thank to you. Other than the window problem, there are still some plastering problem, soild top problem, lighting problem etc. I wil slowly go through 1 by 1 on the situation and how it was recitfy. Stay tune all

sixela13 0 Report post Posted June 2, 2010 Another case of defect. My TV console and coffee table were brought from GETZ gallery from IFC. There were delivered to me on 29th May as planned. My sister was the 1 who checked the items and quicky feedback to me as there was a slight defect on the TV console. A quick call back to GETZ gallery to request for a replacement. No question asked from them and another delivery date was set today for replacement. I should say the sale consultants are very customer oriented.
