Hi, does anyone has any good and reliable IDs or contractors to recommend? Any idea how much does it cost to overhaul a 2 rm resale flat+recess? Actually my budget is very tight, <10k if possible. Also how long does it take to do the reno? Can anyone share their experiences, quotations, pictures of their renovation works etc?
