Zelly 0 Report post Posted July 19, 2010 For those who wanna buy racks, can get from jinyu at geylang road near Lor42. We bought these 120x45x180 4 levels black epoxy coated racks for 166 each. We also bought another chrome 60x30x120 5 levels rack for 68. As we cash and carry, the boss gave us about 40bux discount and gave us 2 45x30 baking cooling racks. We have set up the black epoxy racks ourselves. Pretty easy, to put up though. We have not put up the chrome ones. Notice the carpet on the right.

The 5 level one is a small rack for putting small stuff. Cannot put much heavy weight on them. It is still in its box, we will not set up till later this week. Zelly 0 Report post Posted July 25, 2010 hi zelly, how's the big move-in? The big move in was super tiring! Hubby and I had taken leave on friday to do some packing and unpacking, waiting then watching the setups of the furnitures.. Saturday spent the whole day unpacking. At the end of the day, I had a bad headache that requires 2 panadol pills to settle down . But at least we are now at the new place trying to settle down. Many things are still in the boxes. Mr Chew and Mrs Chew came on Saturday to help me to fix up the curtains to provide some privacy. Both of them are very cute! Mr Chew keep referring Mrs Chew as That Auntie. I had to install bamboo blinds for my yard which has a ac ledge infront of it. Mr Chew had put the ladder on the ac ledge and climbed over the yard then step on the ladder and drilled holes for the bamboo blinds! Super agile for his age!! The arrival of the Furnitures Yeah!!!! Teak Dining set from Pagoda Teak. Old style design in modern black. Living room sofa from Casa Italy. Teak King Size bed, again in Black. My chrome rack to extend my kitchen. Hubby and I agreed that this is a good buy for $68. We found this stacker thing at ikea. We did not know how useful it was for my kitchen but after fixing and using. It is a very good buy. Zelly 0 Report post Posted July 27, 2010 (edited) hey zelly, do show pics of ur curtains! I wan to drool on more Mr Chew's masterpieces! Mr chew had rushed these out for us so that we can use the MBR and to block out the west sun in bedroom3. We still missing bedroom2 and livingroom nite curtains and day curtains for all rooms(contemplating if it is necessary for bedroom 2 and 3) and bamboo blinds for the kitchen. MBR nite curtains only taken in the Day and Nite Bedroom3. The picture is taken just after Mr Chew hanged them up, so the folds are still very distinct.
