Where To Buy Standard Size Cupboard For Boxing Door's Top

When I first installed my air-conditioning. The contractors brings cupboards to box up the top of my doors to prevent cold air from flow out.

May I know where can I buy this standard size wooden cupboards? someone quote me $50 to make them from me, I think is chop head!
