Louischen 0 Report post Posted March 22, 2010 (edited) Hey everyone! Just got my keys today!!! woohoo~~ Its basically a 5room H type @ woodlands avenue 6, its repurchased and HDB has kindly hacked away all the floors, leaving only the kitchen wall tiles, and both the toilets wall and floor tiles. The remaining tiles are light blue and look a little bit old fashioned, but are practically brand new! Most likely gonna save some moolah and keep those tiles.. although they dont' really match ... oh well.. trying to stay within a budget of $25k for simple reno.. And the real work is just beginning.. Have been reading up on the forums, and so far received quotations from 5 IDs. added more as time passes.. 1. Summit Design ---------- $29k (Alexis) ------- revised quote $22k w/o electrical work 2. * Interior ------- $43k (Eric) ---------- exceed budget by too much a margin, removed! 3. Darwin Interior ---------- $34k (Edmund) ----- revised quote $29k we provide our tiles (compressed marble living room) & electrical work worth $2100 included. 4. CJ Ambience ------------- $39k (Adrian) ------ revised quote $28k w/o electrical work and tiles 5. Earnest Intertior --------- $36k (Kennedy) 6. Colours Design ----------- $32k (Joy) 7. Jipson (Contractor) ------ N.A. ----------------- revised quote $28k w/o electrical work and tiles 8.
