fencer 0 Report post Posted July 25, 2010 Yest the windows company send a guy down to look at the loose handle. Changed 2 handle. As mentioned by the staff from the company, the handles are bought from "wu jing dian". And already feedback would get loose after use. So solution? Have to tighten once a while "myself". sigh... btw, the screws behind the handle is rusty oledi, 3 months after installation. Is this an industrial standard? Yah.. supersimon's home is nice.. suppose done when Henry was not that bz 1 or 2 years back? Tink so also.. likely taking in so much jobs at the same time so compromised the quality of service. Hmm.. last i saw him, i feedback abt the loose handle. He just say can tighen by using the white tape.. e.g. is like that 1, would get loose over time, so suggested to DIY myself.. end of story.
