Carpentry work in progress

I told Vincent that the kitchen cabinet drawers is not how I wanted it. His immediate reply, "I bring back and change". That's what i like to hear from my reno contractor, not some "It's like that one" excuse. Thumbs up for Vincent.

Wardrobe in progress pic (few weeks ago)

Wardrobes are completed now, Vincent now modifying the doors because after it's up, we find the design is not what we like. Two thumbs up to Vincent. Do and redo until you satisfied.

Renovation is almost done, almost move in condition, just few finishing touches

Pics coming soon, watch for it

Over all, everything is well done, and manage to keep the cost to low 40K, so I will say my reno is well worth it and highly recommend my contractor for the value and good work. And their attitude has been top notch throughout the entire period, when i make request for changes etc, sometimes even after the thing is already up, no unhappiness, no blackface, etc, gave me everything i asked for the way i wanted with a very humble attitude. Thumbs Up. :good:

My common toilet floor has a kerb. Tiler did something unexpected from the way he tiles the edges.

THis way of tiling I wont see the edges or the insides of the tiles, but the cons is I get a very sharp 90 edges.
