Bad Workmanship Granite Flooring . Please Advice ?

Hi All

I need advice for my house flooring as it done badly. Can the workers do polish or grinding to make it nicer or need to hack everything and redo ?

Please help advice. TIA.

1) Gap in between not close nicely and level not even one high and low

2) Cracks are found

3) The gap is a thick and not straight line

those with cracks, i dun think they can be eliminated just by polishing. you may wanna ask your contractor to redo it.

I also think the same with you. For granite impossible to clear the cracks with polish or gridding ! Either hack and redo or compensate.

yup, so if you hack one, i think may also affect the rest...this one i am not sure, probably you may wanna check with other experts / contractors.

Thanks for your advice. The contractor will hack the cracks granite and do a polish for the whole house and fill out the gaps. The renovation company is reliable after sales service.

That is bad worksmanship indeed.

What type to granite you use? I mean the name of the granite?

Mine is 881, not nicely done. ...but no choice have to live with it.
