So far we are trying to get quotes. It seems not easy. Some will not get back to me even after a lengthy discussion. One doing carpentry was so stuck up that he did not bother to listen and keeps going on and on and interrupts whatever I say. Maybe business is really good that they are choosing their customers? One quotes wrongly on and include so many things that I did not request for. What's the point of taking notes in the first place? Oh my goodness. I think the reno will be in chaos if I let him do it.

The only sub-contractor from IKEA, Citiart is not getting back to me too and refuse to let talk to a person who knows about reno! Sigh......

It's hard to compare quotes with all these happenings. So I'll post one up to ask your opinions.
