Cost Of Building A Rc Roof And Side Wall

Dear All,

1. Does anyone has an idea on how much it would cost to build an RC roof for my ground

floor terrace house? The RC roof allows me to walk out from my 2nd floor rooms, kind of like a balcony. They roof is at the back of the house.

the size of the RC roof - 24feet X 8 feet.

2. Cost for wrought iron/aluminium railing for roof?

3. Approval cost?

4. Also the cost to build a boundary flat wall that's 90 ft long X 6 ft high?
