marshmallow 0 Report post Posted March 12, 2010 i recently viewed a 4-room at the same block, valuation is 310k. there was another 4-room listed in this block with the same valuation. both were low floor though... but even if high floor, dun think valuation will go beyond 350k.. so seems like 300k for 3-room is on the high side.
