Currently using the LG washer/dryer. So far, it's sufficient for my needs. Only, I try to avoid using high temp for the dryer cos it's a bit difficult to iron after that. Take note that the washing/drying time is a bit lengthy. I usually do the laundry before I go to sleep and by morning, it's ready to be ironed...

I have used Whirlpool's Washer cum Dryer for 4 years before it kaput !

I am now using LG's Direct Drive Washer - 7 years and counting already. My advice : Better to buy washer w/o dryer function because in Singapore's weather, having a dryer doesn't really help. In fact, your clothes get damage faster if you use a dryer regularly. The other thing is the smell that permeates into the clothes because of the heating element.

I'm using LG Washer/Dryer. This combination saves space. I use the dryer on continuous wet weather. I use this feature occasionally. The separate dryer is too bulky for me.

2-in1 is convenient and saves space. But bare in mind that if got problem, both functions cannot work.
