Hmmm... doesn't your contractor install for you? Anyway.. as we got our contractor to install for us.. thus i would not have any idea how much they would charge... sorry for not able to help there...

Hi everyone... due to the fact that nothing much was happening during week 8 ... we decide to combine week 8 and week 9 into a single up date.... for week 8 is generally cleaning , installing the toiletries etc.... But for week 9.. all our purchases started to arrived... woot... and they look great! Neff talk .. will let the pictures do its talking..

WEEK 8-9

Our Electronic Door lock! The model is Gateman (yale) V100 . We got it from a contact from the forum.. (Desmond@98307788) Price wise we paid about 600+ The installer was pretty competent.. Installed the lock in no time...

The locks uses tag cards (like the MRT ones) or the keypad for entry.... was enjoying playing with it..

Due the fact that the lock can auto lock when it detect that the door is close... we decide to spurge on a door closer... It one was supplied by Henry.. Pretty smooth closing action... No more slamming doors for us!

This is the sofa that cause us to decide adding air conditioning to our living room... and after today's experience of sitting in it with the air conditioning on... its all worth it..

the single , it can rock, rotate around and incline.... this is going to be my main chair for now on.. haha

Our king size sealy mattress... This was the 1st item that we got for our new place.. lol.. it was ordered back in NOV 09... LOL... imagine that Studio Tangs store it for us till now... oh the price was 2400... mattress + frame + 4 pillows and 2 mattress protector.. It was during a tang sale..

here is a shot of the Mirror cabinet from heritage .. was pretty worry that it will be damage due to the fact that it was delivered early and was laying around with all the jobs happening ... guess we got lucky..

Finally the city gas guys came and install our rinnai RB 3CG hob... must say its way better then our current hob... got it from everjoint.. together with the hood...

the city gas dryer.. have yet to try it... hopefully it will be good.. the reason for having this is due to the fact that our kitchen is so small that we dont have space to hang the 'teako' lol ...

Our kitchen floor tiles ... after acid washing the grove lines looks really clean..
